Returns & Exchanges

NOTE: Items must be in brand new, unworn condition with all original tags and packaging.

Shipping & Delivery
Do orders come with tracking?
Yes! Every order includes a tracking number so you can monitor your package at any time.
How long does shipping take?
We ship all orders within 1–2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Ontario: Delivery ETA 1-2 business days.
Other provinces: Delivery ETA 2-7 business days.
United States: Delivery ETA 4-8 business days.
Note: Express shipping will take 1-2 business days for MOST Provinces/States.
Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is FREE Canada-wide!
Shipping rates for U.S. and international orders will be calculated at checkout.
Will I be charged duties or taxes?
Orders outside of Canada may be subject to duty fees and/or import taxes depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
