Are your products authentic?
Yes! every item sold on Solestars is authenticated and brand new, carefully sourced and inspected before shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Ontario: Usually delivered within 1 business day
Other provinces/US: 2–7 business days, depending on location
Note: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day (same or next business day).
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Canada and the United States. All orders come with tracking.
Please note: Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! we offer both local pickup and shipping. DM us on Instagram or use the contact page to arrange pickup before placing your order.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Effective Dec 1st - Extended Holiday Window!
Yes! Items must be in brand new, unworn condition with all original tags and packaging.
WE OFFER 3 OPTIONS:
1. Refunds — within 7 days of delivery
Note: 15% restocking fee deducted from total order amount. Customer is also responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Exchanges — until January 7th
Note: Customer covers shipping costs both ways.
3. Store Credit (Entire order amount) — until January 7th

Do you restock sold-out items?
We try our best to restock popular items when possible. If something you want is sold out, feel free to message us and we’ll let you know if it’s coming back.
