Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on all orders across Canada and the United States.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day, or the next business day at the latest. Delivery within Ontario usually takes 1 business day, while other provinces and U.S. destinations may take 2–7 business days, depending on location.

We ship using trusted carriers including Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, and Chit Chats. All orders come with a tracking number, which will be provided once your package has been shipped.

We can ship to P.O. boxes, but only via Canada Post.

Please note: Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
